This Privacy Policy explains how CHK INDUSTRIAL AND MACHINERY CO. LTD, which operates the CHIKAZ CARE brand and chikazcare.com ("CHIKAZ", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit our website, buy from us, join one of our programs or contact us. We are the data controller of your personal information.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, messages you send us (by email, WhatsApp or forms), reviews, and, if you join our affiliate or creator programs, the details you enter in your application.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, items added to the cart, and how you interact with our emails, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from partners: for example, which affiliate link or code brought you to us, or delivery updates from carriers.

2. How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and give customer support (performance of our contract with you).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).
  • To improve our website and products and understand how visitors use them (our legitimate interest, or your consent where cookies require it).
  • To send you news and offers by email or SMS if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each message (your consent).
  • To run our affiliate program, track referred sales and pay commissions.

3. Who we share it with

  • Shopify (online store platform, checkout and payments) and our payment processors;
  • shipping carriers and logistics partners (to deliver your order);
  • Klaviyo (email and SMS), Judge.me (product reviews), UpPromote (affiliate program) and messaging tools such as WhatsApp;
  • analytics and advertising partners, where you have allowed the related cookies;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws (for example in some US states) treat sharing data for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as explained below.

We use cookies to run the store (for example, to keep your cart), to measure visits and, with your permission where required, for marketing. We keep order information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by tax and accounting laws. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through insecure channels.
