✔️ All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to CHIKAZ shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Foshan, Guangdong, China, and customers waive the right to initiate legal proceedings in any jurisdiction outside of China.
✔️ The customer expressly agrees that any litigation or dispute resolution regarding CHIKAZ, its services, or products must take place in Foshan, China, and be subject to Chinese legal processes.
✔️ Customers acknowledge that CHIKAZ is not subject to the laws, regulations, or consumer protection policies of any other country, including, but not limited to, the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Colombia, Venezuela, or any other jurisdiction where CHIKAZ products are sold.
✔️ Any claims or disputes filed in jurisdictions outside of China shall be considered invalid and subject to immediate dismissal.
🚨 By making a purchase, the customer voluntarily waives the right to file a lawsuit, class action, or arbitration in any jurisdiction other than China.
