At CHIKAZ, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to strict hygiene and safety guidelines. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
✔️ The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of use, damage, or tampering.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been altered, for hygiene and safety reasons.
📌 Important: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, we recommend taking clear photos before opening the package as proof of the condition in which it arrived.
2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURNS
A return may be accepted only in the following cases:
📦 Product damaged during shipping – If the product arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling during transportation.
📦 Incorrect product sent – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
📦 Defective product – If the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
🚫 Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- If the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
- If the product has been used, opened, or has an altered or damaged packaging.
- If the return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- If the issue is due to incorrect storage or mishandling by the customer after receiving the product.
📌 If your product meets the return criteria, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a return.
4️⃣ If the return is approved, we will provide the shipping details for returning the product.
5️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as applicable.
⚠️ Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving approval. If the package is not sent within this timeframe, the return request will be canceled.
📌 CHIKAZ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
4. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
💰 Refunds:
- If your return is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds only apply to the product cost. Shipping fees (including optional priority shipping) are non-refundable.
- If your payment was made through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, credit cards), processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
🔄 Exchanges:
- If possible, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.
🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- If the product was returned without prior approval from CHIKAZ.
- If the returned product does not meet our return conditions (e.g., opened, used, altered packaging).
- If the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, and the package was lost or undeliverable (refer to our Shipping Policy).
📌 If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
⏳ Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
📦 Who covers the return shipping costs?
- If the return is due to damage during transit, incorrect product, or a defective item, CHIKAZ will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer must cover return shipping fees.
📌 In cases where the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. CHIKAZ is not responsible for lost return packages.
